Podar Prep Plus Nallagandla, formerly known as Podar Jumbo Kids Plus Nallagandla, indicates that we have undergone a name change. “Podar Prep Plus” is the new name, while “Podar Jumbo Kids Plus Nallagandla” was the previous name. This change could reflect an evolution in their educational approach and curriculum.

1. Innovating with the Immersive SPA (Sensory Play Activity)

Nestled within Podar Prep’s nurturing environment, the Immersive SPA is a tranquil oasis that enhances the educational journey for young learners. This space offers a unique blend of relaxation, mindfulness, and creative exploration, fostering both calm and curiosity.

Children step into the Immersive SPA, where soft lighting and tactile textures create a soothing atmosphere. Every corner is thoughtfully designed to invite full engagement and immersion. What sets the Immersive SPA apart is its focus on empowering children to lead their own sensory experiences, promoting self-discovery and independence in a calming environment.

2. Ample Play Areas

With a generous 11,440 square feet dedicated to play, children can explore a variety of activities, including basketball, cricket, structured and unstructured games, a jungle gym, and cycling paths for both bicycles and tricycles. These spaces foster social, emotional, physical, and mental development, engaging all their senses.

3. Food

We always believe eating food containing the right nutrients helps children grow, and is essential for children’s mental and physical development. Meal and snack times also inculcate sharing and socializing skills among the children. Our kitchen is set up in a 1300 square feet area; the wet and dry areas in the kitchen are divided in order to ensure all hygiene and safety standards are met.

We serve children food that primarily comprises organic ingredients (such as fruits, millets, oats, brown rice, and vegetables) and encourage the children to say no to processed and frozen foods.

4.Coding – A Foundational Program that Unleashes Creativity

Podar Prep’s innovative foundational Coding program introduces children to the world of technology through a screen-free, analog curriculum that seamlessly integrates learning with play. This program is designed to teach essential pre-coding skills by helping children understand systems, patterns, and instructions, all while nurturing creativity. Drawing from Friedrich Froebel’s educational philosophy and his renowned gifts, the curriculum encourages children to move from whole to parts and from concrete to abstract thinking. This approach builds a strong foundation for design thinking, foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN), and creativity.

By incorporating exploration and designing activities, children learn to think critically, explore new ideas, and develop the foundational skills necessary to understand coding in their early years. This hands-on, playful approach offers a refreshing alternative to traditional coding methods, focusing on nurturing young minds with a balance of creativity and logic.

5. Doodle Zone

There is also a specially designed Doodle Zone, which improves muscular strength in the children, as doodling helps them develop important finger and wrist muscles. When left to draw independently, doodling helps improve the children’s dexterity, independent thinking, and ability to make decisions on what colours they use, and how they use them.

6. Soft Gym

There is an exclusive space created for a soft gym which aims to improve the hand-eye coordination, cognitive skills, fine and gross motor skills, and visual and sensory skills in the children.

7. Exclusive Garden Patch

Our 1,290 square foot garden is a hands-on learning space where children grow vegetables and seasonal fruits. This connection to nature teaches valuable lessons about sustainability and the environment.
